Not sure if you’ll see this comment, but I’m surprised to hear the protein is only 25% and the carbs are that much higher. I would say that my diet has been much lower in carbs and probably still around 30% protein. I prefer vegetables to fruits, and the volume of spinach, broccoli, and asparagus I’d have to eat to hit even 30% carbs would be more than I can stomach. Any particular reason for those proportions?
